The information, services or products made available to our members could potentially when applied in accordance with all laws both local & international result in financial gain. XFACTOR WAY makes NO GUARANTEE of income, potential income or possible income.

XFACTOR WAY does not guarantee any level of income or success based on a Member’s access to information, products or the XFACTOR WAY Compensation Plan. Any claim, representation, or guarantee of earnings and/or lifestyle enhancement made by a XFACTOR WAY Member is considered misleading and not permitted by the XFACTOR WAY.

A XFACTOR WAY Member’s success is entirely base on that member’s personal effort and utilization of the educational information provided by XFACTOR WAY and other sources. Through a member’s own level of effective social networking strategies and skills, persistence, team development, leadership and hard work. While all of these categories are important to Members success, each Members may experience varying levels of success and one person’s experience must not dictate another’s.
